Ramblings of a Rambler

This introverted, mid-western momma has decided to jump headfirst into the Sea of Blog. No life preserver, no shark repellent. Just a keyboard, a camera and a life that makes me smile 98% of the time. I’ve been contemplating this adventure for quite some time and have decided it’s now or never. “What type of blog will you be writing?”, you might ask.  Hmmm. Good question. I’m not quite sure I know the answer to that.  Ideally, this will be a “lifestyle” blog.  A journal of our daily life.   Some days it will be an “adventure” blog.  We like to get out and about and try new things. I might just throw in some educational tidbits, as we are a homeschooling family. I will definitely be open to some discussions on food, because who doesn’t like food. There will be a little fitness fun thrown in for good measure. I can guarantee whole heap of pictures. I fancy myself as an armchair photographer with a knack for blurred images and too many photos of bugs and fungus. I will not intentionally talk politics or touch on topics that will cause debate. That is not who I am. I am a wife and a mom. Simply put.  I love my family, and our quiet, yet fulfilling life. I will definitely touch on topics that I hold dear to my heart and want to share with others. It is my intention to bring readers some inspiration, kindness and some “I totally get this chick!” moments. I will hopefully bring a smile to your face and a bit a whimsy to your world.  This venture into the “Land of Blog” will officially commence on January 1, 2019. I am looking forward to this new adventure and to the realm of possibilities it may open for all of us.
